# Status of This Version

**Reworked and current.** Chapters 1 to 5 and Section 6.1 have been fully reworked and are the current position. 

**Not yet reworked.** Section 6.2 onward, together with the appendices, is retained from version 0.1 exactly as it stood and is clearly marked as such where it appears. That material has not been reviewed against the decisions reflected in the earlier chapters, and parts of it are known to be superseded, in particular the Payment Versus Delivery and Fiducie sections, the UKA and FX content, and the older order status treatment. Read it as historical context, not as the current position.

**Numbering.** The reworked chapters use the new structure. The retained material keeps its original version 0.1 numbering, so numbering does not run continuously across the two halves of the document. Final renumbering, cross-reference alignment and the consolidation of notice periods into a Notice and Notification Schedule appendix are all deferred to the final v3 build.
