# (v01) 13.9.4 Fee Amendments

The Exchange may amend its fee schedule with at least **\[DECISION REQUIRED - Item 55]**: \[90 days’ / 60 days’ / specify] advance notice to Members.

Notice of fee changes will be provided via email and published on the Exchange website. Continued use of the Exchange following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., regulatory changes requiring immediate implementation), shorter notice periods may apply.
