# (v01) 11.7.4 Trade Confirmations

Both counterparties to a trade receive immediate electronic confirmation containing:

* Trade identifier
* Instrument
* Price
* Quantity
* Timestamp
* Total consideration (including fees)
* Settlement details

Trade confirmations are available via:

* Platform UI (immediate notification)
* API (real-time feed)
* Downloadable reports (as CSV from trading and OTC screens in UI)
